Angelic Reiki Class Preparation
A gentle preparation guide for students attending an Angelic Reiki class or workshop at Compass Rose Healing Arts.
Welcome
If you have registered for an Angelic Reiki class, we are honored to support you in this experience. Angelic Reiki is a sacred, heart-centered training that invites students into deeper connection with healing energy, Angelic support, and their own spiritual path.
Stacia brings years of experience as an Angelic Reiki Master Teacher, along with her background as a Usui and Karuna Reiki Master Teacher. Her intention is to create a supportive, peaceful, and meaningful class experience for each student.
This page offers a few simple ways to prepare your body, mind, and heart before class.
Preparing for Angelic Reiki can help you arrive more grounded, open, and ready for the class experience.
What to bring
Angelic Reiki classes often include teaching, meditation, energetic attunement, practice, reflection, and time for integration. A few simple items can help you settle in and receive the experience more fully.
You do not need to over-prepare. Come as you are, with an open heart and a willingness to be present with the class process.
Suggested items
Before class
From the moment you choose to attend, you may notice that your inner process begins. Many students feel called to simplify, reflect, rest, or create more space before class.
Try to get enough sleep in the days before class so your body and nervous system feel supported.
Drink water and nourish yourself gently before and during the class weekend.
Walk, sit outside, breathe, or simply notice the natural world around you.
Take quiet time to listen inward, journal, pray, or connect with your guides in the way that feels true for you.
Let the preparation be gentle. You do not need to arrive perfect. You only need to arrive willing.
When possible, give yourself time before and after class for integration instead of rushing back into too much activity.
During the workshop
Angelic Reiki classes may include meditation, attunements, discussion, healing practice, and spiritual reflection. Each student’s experience is personal.
Some people feel a lot during class. Others notice the effects more subtly or after they have had time to integrate. There is no single “right” way to experience Angelic Reiki.
Give yourself permission to be present without comparing your process to anyone else’s.
Helpful reminders
After class
After an Angelic Reiki class, you may want extra quiet time, journaling time, rest, water, gentle movement, or space to simply notice what has shifted.
Be kind to yourself as the experience settles. Integration is part of the work.
